Building on our experience, highly qualified human resources and extensive technical base, we optimize the handling of biomass-to-energy transformation processes (drying, gasification and flue gas afterburning) by our boiler designs.
We design our solutions creatively to take advantage of low calorific value and high/variable humidity of biofuels, and high contents of volatile matter. This approach enables our boilers to operate automatically in the following roles, as required:

Depending on needs and requirements, the “Integra” family of boilers is designed for burning:

Dry biomass with RH up to 30%: wood chips, sawdust, shavings, pellets, briquettes and pellets and compressed straw of cereals or energy plants such as Miscanthus, Water-pepper, Virginia fanpetals, Jerusalem artichoke, etc.

Humid biomass with RH up to 60% – unsorted wood chips, sawdust, shavings, chopped wood, etc.
